1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Personal Assistant ("the App") handles information when you use the App.
Personal Assistant is a productivity application that provides features including task management, notes, budgeting, trip budgeting, planning, habit tracking, savings tools, and related productivity features.
The App does not require users to create an account or log in to use its core productivity features.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Information that you enter into the App's productivity features is primarily stored locally on your device.
Depending on the features you use, locally stored information may include:
- Tasks and to-do items
- Notes and notebook information
- Budget and expense information
- Trip and travel-budget information
- Savings goals and savings-challenge information
- Planner information
- Habit information and progress
- Habit-related journal information
- Mood, energy, confidence, or similar information that you choose to enter
- App preferences and settings
- Other information that you voluntarily enter into productivity features
The App uses local storage technologies, including IndexedDB, local storage, and PouchDB, where applicable, to store application information.
The developer does not operate a general-purpose cloud account system for the App's core productivity data, and the App does not routinely upload that productivity data to the developer's own server.
If you deliberately use an operating-system or App feature to export, share, copy, or otherwise transmit information, that information may leave your device as a result of your action.
3. How Information Is Used
Locally stored productivity information is used to provide the features you request and to maintain your information between sessions.
Depending on the feature, information may be used to:
- Display your tasks, notes, plans, budgets, trips, and habits
- Calculate budgets, expenses, savings, and progress
- Track habit progress and productivity activity
- Generate summaries, statistics, or recommendations within the App
- Save your preferences and application settings
- Provide other functionality that you explicitly request
The developer does not use your locally stored productivity information for advertising purposes.
Advertising-related data may nevertheless be collected by Google Mobile Ads as described in Section 4.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain information from the device and the App. According to Google's current Mobile Ads SDK documentation, this may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device
- User product interactions, including information such as app launches, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic information, including information related to application and SDK performance
- Device and account identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers such as Android Advertising ID and App Set ID, where applicable
Google states that information collected by Google Mobile Ads may be used for purposes including:
- Advertising and marketing
- Analytics
- Fraud prevention
- Security and compliance
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Android Advertising ID collection is subject to Google's applicable controls and configuration options. Users can manage their advertising ID through supported Android settings.
AdMob data practices can change as Google updates its SDK. The developer is responsible for keeping this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration accurate for the version of the App being distributed.

5. Third-Party Services and Resources
The App uses third-party software and services to provide certain functionality. Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
AdMob is used to display advertisements and provide related advertising services.
Google Mobile Ads may collect and share information such as IP address, user interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers as described in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Libraries and Web Resources
The App may use third-party software libraries, fonts, icons, JavaScript libraries, or content-delivery resources required for particular features or the App interface.
Where such resources are loaded from an external service, the service may receive standard technical information associated with the network request, such as an IP address and browser/WebView request information.
Third-party services are responsible for their own privacy practices. The App does not control how independent third parties process information after they receive it.
6. AI and Automated Productivity Features
Some App features may use automated analysis, rules, calculations, or AI-assisted techniques to provide productivity-related functionality.
Where these features operate locally within the App, the relevant information is processed on the device and is not routinely sent to the developer's servers for that purpose.
Depending on the feature, automated processing may use information that you have entered into the App, such as:
- Habit information
- Habit progress
- Journal entries
- Tasks and planner information
- Budget or trip information
- Mood, energy, confidence, or related information that you enter
If a future version of the App introduces an external AI provider that receives user information, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated to describe that data sharing before or when that functionality is introduced.
7. Information the App Does Not Require
The App does not require users to create an account or provide account credentials for its core productivity features.
The core functionality of the current App does not require users to provide:
- Account registration
- Login credentials or passwords
- Contacts
- SMS messages
- Camera recordings
- Microphone recordings
- Precise GPS location
This statement does not prevent third-party services used by the App, such as advertising SDKs, from collecting technical or advertising information described in this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Retention
Productivity information stored locally by the App generally remains on the device until you delete it, reset the relevant App data, clear the App's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the App, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.
The developer does not maintain a routine server-side copy of the App's locally stored productivity information.
Information processed by third-party services, including advertising services, is retained according to the applicable third party's policies and practices.
Because third-party retention periods can change, users should consult the applicable provider's current privacy documentation for additional details.
10. Data Deletion
Most productivity information created by you is stored locally on your device.
You can delete locally stored App information using the App's available deletion or reset functions, where provided.
You can also use Android's application settings to clear the App's stored data. Depending on your device and operating-system version, uninstalling the App may also remove locally stored application data.
Because the App does not require an account, there is currently no separate Personal Assistant account that needs to be deleted.
Information collected or retained by third-party services such as Google is subject to those services' applicable deletion mechanisms and policies.
11. Data Security
Personal Assistant is designed so that the App's core productivity information is primarily stored locally on the user's device rather than routinely transmitted to the developer's servers.
Information transmitted to third-party services is protected according to the security mechanisms provided by those services.
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security on their devices, including using a device PIN, password, biometric authentication, current operating-system updates, and appropriate device security settings.
12. Children's Privacy
Personal Assistant is a general productivity application and is not specifically directed to children.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide information for account registration.

13. Privacy Rights

Because most productivity information is stored locally on your device, you can generally access, modify, export, or delete that information directly through the App or your device.
Information processed by third-party services, such as Google advertising services, is subject to the applicable provider's privacy mechanisms and legal obligations.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's data practices, third-party services, functionality, or applicable legal requirements change.
When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the beginning of this policy will be revised.
The current version of this Privacy Policy will be made available at the privacy-policy URL associated with Personal Assistant in Google Play Console.
