1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Personal Assistant ("the App") handles information when you use the App.
Personal Assistant is a productivity application that provides features including task management, notes, budgeting, trip budgeting, planning, habit tracking, and savings tools.
The App does not require users to create an account or log in to use its core productivity features.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores information that you enter into its productivity features locally on your device.
Depending on the features you use, this information may include:
- Tasks and to-do items
- Notes
- Budget and expense information
- Trip and travel-budget information
- Savings goals and savings-challenge information
- Planner information
- Habit information and progress
- Habit-related journal information
- Mood, energy, and confidence information entered into habit-related features
- App preferences and settings
- Other information that you enter into the App's productivity features
The App uses local storage technologies, including IndexedDB and PouchDB, to store this information.
This locally stored productivity information is not routinely transmitted to the developer's servers by the published version of the App.
If you deliberately use a device or App feature to export, share, or otherwise transmit information, that information may leave your device as a result of your action.
3. Advertising and Google AdMob
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain information from the device and the App. Depending on the applicable configuration and circumstances, this may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of the device
- App interactions, including app launches, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic information, including information related to app and SDK performance
- Device and account identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers such as Android Advertising ID and App Set ID
Google states that information collected by Google Mobile Ads may be used for purposes including:
- Analytics
- Advertising or marketing
- Fraud prevention, security, and compliance
Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Android Advertising ID collection is subject to Google's applicable controls. Users can reset or delete their Advertising ID through supported Android settings, and developers can configure applications to prevent collection of the advertising ID.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features
The App contains AI-assisted productivity and coaching functionality.
The App supports local processing as well as external AI providers when configured and used by the user.
When an external AI provider is selected and configured, information necessary to process the user's AI request may be transmitted to that provider.
Depending on the feature and the user's request, this information may include:
- The user's AI prompt or question
- Relevant habit information
- Relevant task or planner information
- Relevant budgeting or trip information
- Relevant summaries or contextual information required to generate the requested response
The App does not require users to configure an external AI provider to use its core local productivity features.
External AI providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, retention practices, and applicable laws.
5. Information the App Does Not Require
The App does not require users to create an account or provide account credentials.
The published version of the App does not require the following permissions or information for its core functionality:
- Contacts
- SMS messages
- Camera access
- Microphone recordings
- Precise GPS location
- Account registration
- Login credentials
This does not prevent third-party services used by the App, such as Google Mobile Ads, from collecting information described in their respective privacy documentation.
6. Data Deletion
Most productivity information created by the user is stored locally on the user's device.
Users can delete locally stored App information through the App's available reset or deletion functionality, where provided, or by clearing the App's stored data through the device's settings.
Uninstalling the App may also remove locally stored application data, depending on the device and operating system.
Information collected by Google through advertising services is subject to Google's applicable retention and deletion practices.
Information transmitted to an external AI provider is subject to that provider's applicable privacy policy and retention practices.
7. Data Security
Personal Assistant is designed to keep the user's core productivity information locally on the device rather than routinely transmitting that information to the developer's servers.
Information transmitted to third-party services used by the App, including Google Mobile Ads, is protected using secure network connections where supported by those services.
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should maintain appropriate security on their devices, including a PIN, password, biometric authentication, and current operating-system security updates.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and may use external AI providers when configured and used by the user.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
AdMob is used to display advertisements and provide related advertising services.
Google Mobile Ads may collect and share information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device/account identifiers as described in this Privacy Policy.
External AI Providers
The App supports external AI providers when configured and used by the user. When an external AI provider is used, information required to process the user's request may be transmitted to that provider.
The applicable provider's privacy policy and terms govern its processing of that information.
9. Children's Privacy
Personal Assistant is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
The App does not require children to create an account or provide information for account registration.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on your country or region, applicable privacy laws may provide rights relating to access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or other forms of data control.
Because most productivity information in the App is stored locally on the user's device, users can generally manage or delete that information directly through the App or device.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google or an external AI provider is subject to the applicable provider's privacy mechanisms and legal obligations.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's data practices, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.
When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the beginning of this policy will be revised.
The current version of this Privacy Policy will be made available at the privacy-policy URL associated with the App in Google Play Console.
